Quick questions

What do we need?
Paper, a pencil, an eraser, coloured pencils or felt tips — and a laptop or tablet with Zoom. That's it.
My child is a complete beginner — okay?
Perfect. Most children start here saying “I can't draw.” The step-by-step method means everyone finishes their artwork.
What if my child is shy?
Eight is a gentle number. Cameras can point at paper, not faces; teachers invite, never put on the spot.
Why is the trial paid?
It's a real lesson, not a demo — and paid bookings keep groups small and full. Refundable up to 24h ahead; £10 comes off your first month if you join.
Can we reschedule or cancel?
One click from any email we send. Cancel 24h+ ahead for a full refund.
What happens after the trial?
Teacher's feedback + an honest recommendation. One polite conversation — no chasing, no spam. Regular lessons from £15 on term plans.
Is it safe? Are lessons recorded?
Background-checked teachers, locked rooms, entry by class list, no direct messaging. Lessons are live and not recorded.
Do I need to stay with my child?
You're welcome to — most parents stay 5 minutes and come back for the show-and-tell at the end.
