We love showing how children draw and what they create. But we only do it with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Consent is voluntary: if you do not give it, your child will take part in classes in exactly the same way.
1. What we may publish
- photos and short videos from classes, workshops, camps and celebrations at the studio;
- photos of your child's finished artwork;
- your child's first name and age — only together with the artwork and never with a surname;
- your testimonial about the school — with your name or initials, as you prefer.
2. Where we publish
On npdrawing.com and other NP Drawing websites, on our Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube pages, and in the school's printed materials (leaflets, posters, art exhibitions). The materials may also be used in NP Drawing advertising.
3. What we never do
- publish a child's surname, school, home address or contact details;
- tag children on social media;
- publish photos that could embarrass a child or harm their reputation;
- give children's photos to third parties for their own purposes;
- publish anything if the child objects, even if a parent has consented.
4. How to give consent
Tick the photo box in the enquiry form on our website, sign a consent form at the studio, or write to us. Consent remains valid until you withdraw it.
5. How to withdraw consent
At any time — write to [email protected], call +371 20636341 or tell us at the studio. Within 5 working days we will remove materials showing your child from our website and social media pages and will not use them again. We cannot recall materials that have already been printed or reposted by others, but no new ones will appear.
6. Legal basis
We publish photos and artwork on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). More about your rights — in our Privacy Policy.
