Terms of Service

NP Drawing — operated by SIA "ABNP GROUP" Last updated: 01.07.2026

Welcome to NP Drawing. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the agreement between you and us when you book online art classes for your child through npdrawing.com. Please read them before booking — by completing a booking you accept these Terms.

We have written these Terms to be clear and fair. Nothing in them removes or reduces your legal rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom.

1. Who we are
NP Drawing is a trading name of SIA "ABNP GROUP", a limited liability company registered in Latvia.
  • Registration number: 50203405101
  • Registered address: Kvēles iela 17, Rīga, LV-1024, Latvia
  • Email: info@npdrawing.com
  • Phone: +44 7861 929523

In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean SIA "ABNP GROUP"; "you" means the parent or legal guardian making a booking; "your child" means the child attending classes.

2. What we provide
  • Live online drawing and art classes for children aged 6 to 16, taught by our teachers via Zoom.
  • Classes take place in small groups of up to 8 children, in fixed weekly time slots.
  • trial lesson costs £10.
  • Continued learning is sold as a Monthly Package£80 for one month of classes ([4] weekly lessons in your child's group).

Classes are educational and recreational. We do not promise any particular artistic outcome — every child develops at their own pace.

3. Who may book
  • You must be 18 or over and the parent or legal guardian of the child you are booking for.
  • By booking, you confirm the information you provide (including your child's age) is accurate.
  • All contracts are between us and you, not your child. All payments must be made by you.

4. How booking works
  1. You choose a group and time slot on our booking page (powered by Calendly).
  2. You provide your details and your child's first name, age, and experience.
  3. You pay by card through Stripe at the time of booking. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
  4. You receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link and joining instructions.
Places are limited to 8 children per group and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
5. Prices and payment

  • All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the total price payable — there are no hidden fees. We are not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is added.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see your full card details.
  • Monthly Packages are paid in advance for each month. We do not auto-charge your card: your subscription does not renew automatically, and no money is taken without your action.
  • If a payment fails or is reversed, the related booking is not confirmed (or, for an already-confirmed package, we may suspend lessons until payment is resolved, after telling you first).
  • If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank — genuine errors are refunded quickly (see our [Refund & Cancellation Policy]). Chargebacks raised without contacting us first may lead to suspension of services while the dispute is investigated.

6. Your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
Because you buy our services online ("at a distance"), you normally have a 14-day cooling-off period in which you can cancel without giving a reason.
Important — starting lessons within the 14 days. Most parents want their child's lesson to happen sooner than 14 days after booking. When you book, you expressly request that we begin providing the service within the cooling-off period. This means:
  • If you cancel before the lesson (or the first package lesson) takes place, you receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel after some lessons have taken place but within the 14 days, you receive a refund minus a proportionate amount for lessons already delivered.
  • Once the service has been fully performed within the cooling-off period (for example, your trial lesson has taken place), the right to cancel that purchase is lost — you acknowledge this when booking.

To cancel under this right, email info@npdrawing.com within 14 days of your purchase. You may use the model cancellation form at the end of these Terms, but you do not have to.
Our goodwill cancellation and refund rules — which in many cases are more generous than the legal minimum — are set out in the [Refund & Cancellation Policy], which forms part of these Terms.

7. Trial lessons
  • A trial lesson costs £10 and lets your child experience a real class in a real group.
  • You may reschedule or cancel a trial free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts (full refund on cancellation).
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before, or your child does not attend, the fee is not refunded, but we will offer one free reschedule as a goodwill gesture.

8. Monthly Packages
  • A Monthly Package gives your child a place in their fixed group for one month ([4] weekly lessons).
  • Lessons run weekly in the group's fixed slot. The month starts from your child's first scheduled lesson of that package.
  • Missed lessons: if you tell us at least 24 hours in advance that your child cannot attend, we will offer a make-up lesson in another suitable group within 4 weeks. Lessons missed without notice are counted as used. This keeps groups fair for all 8 children.
  • Freezing: if your child is ill or you are away, email us and we will pause (freeze) the package, extending it by the paused period. We ask for reasonable notice where possible.
  • Unused lessons expire at the end of the package month (as extended by any freeze or make-up window), except where our Refund & Cancellation Policy says otherwise.
  • Packages are personal to your child and cannot be transferred to another family, but may be transferred between siblings on request.

9. If we cancel or change a class
  • If a teacher is unavailable, we will provide a substitute teacher or reschedule the lesson. If neither works for you, we will credit the lesson or refund it — your choice.
  • If we cancel a lesson for any reason and cannot offer an acceptable alternative, you receive a full refund for that lesson.
  • If we permanently close a group, we will offer a place in a comparable group or a pro-rata refund of unused lessons.
  • We may occasionally change a group's schedule with at least 7 days' notice; if the new time does not suit you, unused lessons are refunded.

10. Technical requirements and technical problems
You are responsible for providing your child with: a device with camera and microphone, a stable internet connection, the free Zoom application, and basic art materials (we send a list before the first lesson).
  • If a lesson fails because of a problem on our side (our or the teacher's connection, our Zoom failure), we will re-run the lesson or credit/refund it.
  • If your child cannot join because of a problem on your side, the lesson is treated as a missed lesson (see section 8) — we will still try to help you get connected.
  • Occasional short interruptions inherent to live online services are not a fault in the service.

11. Behaviour and class environment
To keep classes safe and enjoyable for all children:
  • Children should join on time, with the camera on where possible, and follow the teacher's reasonable instructions.
  • Disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour is not tolerated. The teacher may mute or, in serious cases, remove a child from a session; we will contact you afterwards to resolve the issue.
  • Parents and other family members are welcome to help younger children set up, but classes are designed for the children themselves.
  • Repeated serious misconduct may lead to termination of the package with a pro-rata refund of unused lessons.
  • We in turn commit to a safe, respectful environment — see our [Online Safeguarding Statement].
You must not record, photograph, or stream lessons, as this would capture other people's children. We do not record lessons either.

12. Intellectual property
  • Our materials (lesson plans, demonstrations, worksheets, videos, images, and the content of npdrawing.com) belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only for your child's personal learning and may not copy, share, or resell them.
  • Your child's artwork belongs to your child. We claim no ownership. We will only photograph or publish a child's artwork with your separate written consent, which you may withdraw at any time — see the [Artwork & Testimonials Consent Notice].

13. Our liability
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under UK law.
  • We provide the classes with reasonable care and skill, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If we do not, you are entitled to ask us to put it right, or to an appropriate price reduction.
  • We are not liable for losses that are not foreseeable, for loss of profit or business, or for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example, large-scale internet or Zoom outages) — though in such cases we will always reschedule or credit affected lessons.
  • Our total liability to you in connection with any package is limited to the amount you paid for that package, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
Your child remains in your care during online lessons; our teachers supervise the class but you are responsible for your child's physical environment at home.

14. Personal data
How we handle your and your child's information is explained in our [Privacy Policy] and [Children's Privacy Notice]. By booking, you confirm you have read them.

15. Complaints and disputes
  • If something goes wrong, email info@npdrawing.com — we aim to respond within 2 working days and to resolve complaints within 14 days.
  • If you are not satisfied, you may pursue the matter through the courts (see section 16). As we are an EU-registered company, you may also be able to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or, if you live elsewhere in the UK, in the courts of your home nation. Nothing in this clause deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

17. General
  • We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you book applies to that booking. If a change materially affects an active package, we will notify you by email, and you may cancel with a pro-rata refund if you do not accept it.
  • If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force.
  • These Terms, together with the [Refund & Cancellation Policy], [Privacy Policy], [Children's Privacy Notice], [Cookie Policy], [Artwork & Testimonials Consent Notice], and [Online Safeguarding Statement], form the entire agreement between us.
